Allora, Agosto è arrivato e bene o male staccheremo un po' tutti dalla solita routine di prove / concerti / organizzazioni varie, per riprendere alla grande a Settembre e nei mesi successivi.
Primissima data importante è quella del 3 Settembre, quando coi Set Me Free suoneremo insieme a Raw Power, Cripple Bastards, Svetlanas, Tough, The Leeches e tanti altri.
L'8 Settembre andremo invece finalmente a registrare le voci dei 10 nuovi pezzi, che finiranno in parte su un nostro Ep (speriamo 7") personale ed in parte nel famoso split coi Motivation. Per ora comunque stiamo cercando etichette che ci aiutino per entrambi i progetti.
Nel frattempo dato che sia i cd che le magliette sono completamente finiti stiamo preparando le nuove T-shirt. Questa volta dell'artwork se ne occuperà xSlabax già disegnatore per band come Alert, Right Idea, True Colors, Truth Inside, Inner Reason e We're Right.
Infine il 1 Ottobre suoneremo al Rock Planet di Pinarella di Cervia di spalla ai CIV, band hc melodico / pop punk con ex membri di Gorilla Biscuits.
Con gli Upward invece ci prenderemo quasi tutto Settembre per scrivere, sistemare ed imparare 6 o 7 canzoni che faremo uscire credo verso Novembre (o anche prima) in un nuovo Ep, speriamo supportati da qualche etichetta interessata. Anche le maglie degli Upward sono quasi finite quindi dovremo sicuramente stamparne di nuove con nuove grafiche!
Tutto questo lo dovremo fare in tempo per il 1 Dicembre quando partiremo finalmente per il primo mini tour europeo Set Me Free + Upward! La nostra idea è di visitare Austria, Repubblica Ceca, Germania e magari anche Svizzera.

So, August is here and we’ll all stop the “rehersals / shows / general organising”, and will restart in September and the following months.
The first important date is September 3rd, when Set Me Free we’ll play with Italian hc legends Raw Power and Cripple Bastards, together with Svetlanas, Tough, The Leeches and many more.
On September 8th we’ll be recording vocals for our new 10 songs: some of them will be on our new EP (hopefully a 7”), the others with the famous split with Motivation. In the meantime, we’re still looking for some labels to help us on both projects.
At the same time, we’re working on new t-shirts, as the older ones are now completely sold out. This time round it will be xSlabax of Alert, Right Idea, True Colors, Truth Inside, Inner Reason and We’re Right fame, to design the new artwork.
On October 1st we’ll play at Rock Planet (Pinarella di Cervia) together with the legendary CIV, a melodic hc / pop punk band with Gorilla Biscuits members.
As with Upward, we’ll take time off in September to practice, arrange and write 6 or 7 songs that we’ll release on a new EP in November, hopefully with the support of interested labels. Upward t-shirts are also nearly sold out, so we’ll be printing new ones with a brand new design.
All this will hopefully come together by December 1st when we’ll set off Upward’s and Set Me Free’s first European mini-tour! We are aiming to play in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany and maybe Switzerland.
