Motivation / Set Me Free split covers

I preparativi per lo split coi Motivation sono praticamente finiti!

Abbiamo optato per 100 vinili verdi, abbiamo scelto le foto per le etichette sui due lati, Attila ha preparato un booklet molto bello stile collage e ovviamente le copertine sono pronte. Una per lato andranno ad unirsi per fare a loro volta la busta in cartoncino del 7" stesso, un po' come lo split tra Up Front e Building. 

L'idea di partenza era una sorta di omaggio ai Wide Awake e alla loro copertina di C.T. Hardcore dove Sammy di schiena indossa la vecchia maglia della band. Questo stile è piaciuto anche ai Motivation che hanno deciso di fare una cosa simile ma più originale della nostra eheheh

The preparation for the split with Motivation is finally over!

We decided for 100 green vinyls, we chosen the photos for the labels on both sides, Attila prepared a really nice booklet with a collage of pics, and of course also the covers are ready. One for side, they'll be the carton sleeve for the 7", like the split Up Front / Building.

This idea started with a tribute photo to Wide Awake I did some months ago, the cover with Sammy wearing the old t-shirt of the band. Also Motivation liked this style and they made something similar but more original than ours eheheh

don't forget to listen a couple of songs from the Motivation side of split!

A day in studio with Upward

Yesterday we finally recorded 5 new songs for our upcoming EP. We just have to wait a couple of days for the final master but today we already listened a premix really cool! Check out the video and some photos I did.

Anche per gli Upward è venuto il momento di andare a registrare un po' di roba nuova. Sono già passati ben 10 mesi da quando abbiamo fatto uscire il nostro primo demo contenente solo due pezzi, nel frattempo al nostro repertorio se ne sono aggiunti altri 7. Di questi abbiamo in programma di registrarne sicuramente cinque tra Sabato 7 e Domenica 8 Gennaio. Sebbene l'idea di base sia simile (ma non uguale), sentirete nei nuovi brani sonorità e influenze diverse dai vecchi.
Il nuovo album sarà rilasciato in formato cassetta dall'etichetta tedesca Wolfpack Records, nel frattempo vedremo in che altri modi diffonderlo, se subito via internet o anche in un formato diverso, magari con l'aiuto di altre etichette!

Even for Upward it's time to record some new stuff. Our first and only release was out about 10 months ago, but in the meanwhile we wrote other 7 songs. Now we're going to record at least 5 of these between Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th. Even if the basic idea is similar (but not equal), you'll listen in the new tracks a different kind of influences and sounds.
The new album will be released in tape format by Wolfpack Records (Germany), but at the same time we'll think about other ways to share it, maybe through internet or another kind of format with another label!
